Description:
Neelakantha Meditation Initiation: Learn Neelakantha Meditation, as taught in Blue Throat Yoga, from Authorized Teacher Heather Wertheimer in Portland, OR. The Two-Day Course launches students into a deep practice of daily meditation.
Neelakantha Meditation is an elegant and profound meditation practice that draws you into your Deepest Self, giving you access to more bliss, peace, and ease in life. This simple twice-daily practice can be done anywhere you can safely close your eyes, making it possible to build it into the context of a busy schedule, amid all the demands of Householder life.
When you learn Neelakantha Meditation, you also receive the knowledge you need to understand and integrate your experiences in deep meditation. But you don’t need any prior experience or background to learn the practice, and enjoy the benefits of Neelakantha Meditation.
Workshop includes 5 hours of instruction:
Saturday, May 30 11 am-12:30 pm Group session
One individual one-hour session by appointment
Sunday, May 31 3-5 pm Group session
The cost of $450 includes the weekend instruction, which gives you a foundation for a lifelong meditation practice, access to an extensive online library with Blue Throat Yoga, free monthly group meetings with me online, and an 18-month online program for new practitioners through Blue Throat Yoga (including live teleseminars). Payment plans are available to help make this affordable, and there is also a possibility of partial scholarships as well for those who are in financial hardship right now. To register for this workshop, please email heatherwertheimer@gmail.com.
