In this free session, we will talk about what Neelakantha Meditation is, how it works, and how it can improve your life.

Meditation is a way to infuse our lives with meaning and to improve our lives on every level. In addition to helping us live more meaningful lives, meditation has many other benefits, such as improving physical health, reducing stress, increasing creativity, helping us expand in our work lives, and cultivating growth in our relationships with others and ourselves. Meditation can lead to a greater sense of inner freedom by transforming the things that are causing distress in our lives.

One of the many benefits of meditation is that we experience more happiness. We can feel more fulfilled from the inside, rather than looking outside of ourselves for our happiness. Through meditation, we ultimately move toward becoming the best possible version of ourselves that we can be.

Neelakantha Meditation is designed for people who are living in the world, and it enhances every area of life. It is very accessible and simple to learn, yet it is powerful, transforming, and life-changing.

This session will be led by authorized teachers Jill Blumenstock, Sue Bernhard, and Heather Wertheimer. There will be plenty of time for question and answer.
